=================================================================== Melissa Etheridge - Radio performances Originally compiled by Elaine Naiman Maintained by Maarten van Egmond Last updated: February 15, 1994 This is an attempt to compile a list of radio performances. Radio appearances are: interviews, concert simulcasts, call-in shows, of which there are probably many. Tapes probably exist of most performances. I personally don't consider taping concerts off the radio to be illegal. Nor do I consider distributing them (either for free, trade, or for nothing more than the cost of a tape and postage) to be illegal. The CRTC, FCC and other broadcast governing bodies may see this differently. Elaine This is an ongoing project. If you have any additions, corrections or can fill in the question marks, please let us know: David Johnson - Etheridge-owner@yahoogroups.com Thanks to those who have contributed! =================================================================== =================================================================== Graded audio tapes are from a company called Mirror Image Digital Recording. I have their catalogue. My one dealing with them - slow to deliver but then again, I ordered the tape on December 31. Where there are 2 tapes listed for the same show, I assume they got them from 2 different sources. The only disagreement I have with their list is the Montreal show on June 26/89. I listened to it and taped it. There is no way that show was 120 minutes. Even with my tape running out mid-song and cutting off some of the applause it's only 100 minutes...Other tapes where my times don't agree with theirs, well, there's no guarantee that I have the complete show...The company also has audio tapes of some of her tv appearances. I didn't feel it was necessary to include them but if anybody wants them, I'll add them.
